Names of the request parameters used in the links of the social portlets (mails, notifications, hashtags, search, team pages). Moved here from org.gcube.portal.databook.client.GCubeSocialNetworking of social-library-stubs; the values are unchanged.

Class and package are the same on the Java 8 and Java 17 lines of social-service-model. Plain static final Strings, no imports: the class is GWT-safe. GWT clients inherit org.gcube.social_networking.socialnetworking.model.SocialLinkParameters (the sources are packaged in the jar).

Link format (unchanged): parameter name = base64(constant) with padding, value = base64(username).
