Client interface for querying and reading Information System entities, relations, and metadata from the Resource Registry.
The interface is the authoritative caller-facing contract. Stable invocation options are represented by immutable request options, while HTTP metadata is available through the opt-in response executor without changing ordinary domain-oriented return values.
