TypesDiscoverer implementation backed by a ResourceRegistryClientImpl. It is registered on the client's TypesKnowledge so that, whenever the local type knowledge needs to resolve a Type it does not already have, it can transparently fetch its full hierarchy from the Resource Registry server.
