Triggers the renewal of the context cache.

Invoked by the cache manager whenever the cache experiences a cold start or needs to be repopulated after invalidation.

Returns:

the complete list of deserialized Context entities, or null if renewal fails

Throws:

ResourceRegistryException - if the data source retrieval fails
