extends ResourceRegistryException
```
Base exception for the internal IsParentOf Context-hierarchy edge. That edge was removed from the public model and superseded by the internal ChildOf edge (child → parent) during the security-roles-and-api-reorganization migration (see roadmap steps 1.8-1.10); this class and its subclasses are retained for backward wire compatibility but are not observed to be thrown by the current server implementation. Mapped to 400 Bad Request by the REST layer.
